Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Product: If the product received does not match the order, it can be returned within 30 days.
- Unopened and Unused Products: Chemical products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for return.
- Compliance with Safety Regulations: All returns must comply with relevant safety, regulatory, and transportation standards for hazardous goods (if applicable).
2. Non-returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable:
- Products that have been used, altered, or tampered with.
- Products that are specially ordered or customized.
- Expired products or products nearing expiry (except in case of quality issues).
- Chemicals classified as hazardous or dangerous unless the return is due to a shipping or manufacturing error.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team by filling out the Google form within 30 days.
- Our team will verify the return eligibility and provide instructions on how to return the product. This may include obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number. No product can be returned without an RMA number issued.
- Please attach any relevant photograph of the product, packaging, or damages. The photographs should clearly show the extent of the damage and the shipping box (if applicable).
- We may ask you to ship a small sample of the product that is being claimed as defective for testing at our end.
4. Return Shipping and Restocking Fees
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
- Restocking Fees:A restocking fee may apply for returns of unopened, unused products. This fee is typically 10-20% of the total product price, depending on the condition and nature of the product.
- Hazardous Material Returns: Returns of chemicals or hazardous materials may incur additional handling fees as required by safety regulations.
5. Replacements
If a defective or incorrect product is returned, we will offer a replacement product or an exchange for a product of equal value, subject to availability and after careful and thorough investigation at our end.
6. Credit Note
A credit note will be issued in case of defective product after careful investigation.
