Arjun Srivastava

CEO & Co-Founder, APAC Sourcing Solutions Ltd.

A global strategy and Chemical Industry expert, Arjun Srivastava has a 15+ year track record of leadership excellence, most notably in driving profitable growth across four business models (Consultancy, Exports & Trade, Contract Manufacturing, and Licensing/Acquisition) within the APAC region.

As Co-Founder of APAC Sourcing Solutions Ltd., he has been instrumental in building one of the largest full-stack platforms for sourcing and manufacturing key chemical raw materials and specialties from India.

Prior to co-founding APAC Sourcing Solutions, Arjun gained invaluable cross-functional expertise at Honeywell, leveraging his skills in supply chain, Quality control crisis management, negotiations, product-market discovery, and business transformation. He is an alumnus of Thapar University, India (2006-2010).

Alok Srivastava is a distinguished global business leader and visionary entrepreneur, best known as the Co-Founder of APAC Sourcing Solutions Ltd. and MBAtrek Private Ltd. With an illustrious career spanning over 48 years in senior management and board-level roles, he brings unmatched leadership across diverse industries and geographies.

A management graduate from XLRI (1975–77) and an alumnus of the Global Management Program at the University of Michigan (1998), Alok blends world-class academic credentials with deep, hands-on leadership experience across continents.

He has held pivotal roles, including Director – Asia Pacific, Specialty Materials at Honeywell Inc., Managing Director – Ranbaxy Fine Chemicals Ltd., Head of Strategy, and Managing Director – International Subsidiaries. His strategic vision led to the conceptualization of the Fortis Hospitals business, and as the Founding Director of SRL Diagnostics, he laid the foundation for Ranbaxy's foray into healthcare services.

Alok brings unparalleled cross-functional expertise in strategic planning, operations, human resources, global marketing, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management, making him a force in driving innovation and transformation across sectors.
